During my recent stay at Casali, I found the hotel to offer a balance between luxury and value. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice touch of providing feminine hygiene items – a rare find that showed attention to detail. The availability of fresh, organic produce at breakfast was a pleasant surprise, although the continental options were a bit limited. While the hotel lacked reserved parking, the free nearby parking was convenient, albeit sometimes challenging to find a spot. The staff was friendly, but service at the lounge was a bit lacking, with oversized drinks and a less attentive approach when it came to preparing them. On the upside, the hotel's amenities like the gym and garden area added value to the stay. Casali offers a comfortable stay with some luxury touches, but there is room for improvement in terms of service and attention to detail.
